Meet Heather
For more than 12 years, I've had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and families throughout Richmond and Central Virginia achieve their real estate goals. My experience spans new construction, resale homes, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, land purchases, and custom home builds.
One of the highlights of my career was partnering with a local builder, where I consistently sold more than 35 new construction homes each year over several years. That experience allowed me to work closely with buyers from the initial contract through construction and closing, while coordinating with builders, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and title companies to ensure every detail was handled with care. It also gave me a deep understanding of the home building process that I now bring to every client I serve.
Before specializing in new construction, I also bought, renovated, and flipped homes, giving me valuable insight into home values, construction quality, and the potential every property has to offer.

Outside of real estate, I've been happily married to my husband since 2013, and together we're raising our two wonderful boys. Our home is also filled with two dogs and two cats, so there's never a dull moment! We love traveling with family and friends, exploring Richmond's incredible local restaurants and breweries, and enjoying everything that makes Central Virginia such a special place to live.
